KLS Selected as Design Professional for Round II of the RSLPP

KLS was selected as the Design Services Professional for the 2nd Round of the Regional Streetlighting Procurement Program (RSLPP), led by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC). KLS will be working with up to 27 municipalities in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties to develop and implement LED lighting upgrade projects for roadway and area lighting applications. KLS will provide services throughout all four phases of the RSLPP including development of feasibility studies, audit, design, analysis, procurement, project management and post-construction verification.
